Painting exterior of a 1990's house in Bateke Road Mount Tamborine. Using Rockcotes armour flex High performance membrane paint. This house had cracks and the hebel surrounds on the windows were cracking and in some places breaking away. Water had also managed to get past the blue board walls and had destroyed the lower soffit which had been repaired.
We gap filled and siliconed where necessary and filled the hebel areas. In some of the larger cracks no more gaps expander foam was needed. Then 2 coats of Rockcotes armour flex membrane paint was applied for necessary protection against the sun and the rain.
Due to the design of the house some of the areas were hard to get to but overall the finish came up good and now there is protection for the next 10 years.
