Due to the position and the surrounding nature the chalets can get a fair bit of mould and also a new colour scheme was needed on the one we painted. Recently we had to paint a Basement Granny flat for a client in Olde Eagle Heights. We used Dulux Professional Low sheen for the walls, Hadrian ceiling flat for the ceilings and Aquanamel semi gloss for the frames & doors. The colour was Lexicon 1/2 strength for all the surfaces and it did look good when the job was completed. Assisi Stage 1 School completed
With the 1st stage of Assisi School complete with the 2 blocks of classrooms & offices complete we are now focused on completing the media hall section which will be finished next week. The interior of the 2 blocks were normal platerboard ceilings & walls but the exterior was a mixture of prefinished colourbond tin & rough shadowclad cladding which we applied Rockcote Eco style low sheen to in the colour of Dulux Gold Foil.
