Roof repaint Saint Michaels Tuck Shop area
The roof of the Tuck shop area at Saint Michaels school had been neglected for years. Before the new office addition to the school there had been a very large Eucalypt tree that had hung onto the roof causing gum and other dirt from the tree to stain the roof. Also all the previous paint had been worn away leaving bare tin and dirt. We first water blasted the roof and removed the old paint and grime and gum that was stuck to it. Re-paint of Queenslander home Gold Coast
A repaint job of a 2007 build Queenslander in the Gold Coast Hinterland. The ballustrade, posts, decks, beams and timber doors & windows had all been damaged by the sun & mould. The Queenslander sits on the side of Mount Tamborine and has a lovely view of the Gold Coast. But this also makes it open to all the weather and the sun for most of the day.
